We don’t offer returns or exchanges on our apparel. If there’s issues with your order, please let us know by contacting us right away.
In the event an exchange applies, purchased item must be unused and in the same condition the item was received.
Exchanges must be requested within 30 days from order date.

The purchaser will be responsible for shipping the exchange back to us. Ignite Speaks will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product back to the customer.
All sales are FINAL on our apparel.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong or damaged items.
If this applies, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we will resolve the issue.
An additional creative/deign fee can occur on custom design requests. This fee is design time to create to your satisfaction.
